The License Manager installation is done using the loadls
utility. This utility may be run explicitly or as part of an installer
program. Once loaded, the License Manager can be configured and started
from the Control Panel > Services
group. Automatic or manual License Manager startup can be selected.

If automatic startup is selected, the License Manager will be automatically
started whenever Windows is started. The License Manager will remain running
until the License Manager is stopped using the Control

group.
